Rolleston Veterinary Services is a mobile large animal veterinary practice located in Saint Albans, Maine. We began by offering bovine reproductive services in the fall of 2011 with a focus on superovulation and embryo collection. In July 2015, we expanded into a full service veterinary practice with the addition of general herd health and management services. We specialize in all things bovine as well as specialty reproductive services for small ruminants.
Our goal is to be your one stop shop for bovine medicine as well as for reproductive services for other hoofstock. We specialize in advanced reproductive technologies such as superovulation, embryo transfer (of both conventional and IVF embryos), ultrasonography, fetal sexing, artificial insemination, cryopreservation of embryos, and reproductive management consultations.

We specialize in embryo transfer, superovulation, laparoscopic artificial insemination, ultrasonography, and cryopreservation. Our practice also has extensive experience in the importation process of germplasm (semen and embryos) from around the globe. Being located in Saint Albans, we are centered in the very heart of Maine allowing us to service both Northern and Southern Maine, as well as surrounding states (New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Vermont, Rhode Island, Connecticut). Our caprine reproductive services include embryo transfer, superovulation, laparoscopic artificial insemination, ultrasonography, and cryopreservation. We also specialize in the importation of goat semen and embryos from around the world.
Since opening our full- service clinic in 2015, Rolleston Veterinary Services has offered veterinary medicine needs for bovine clients in Saint Albans, Maine and surrounding areas. We offer embryo transfer, superovulation, artificial insemination, ultrasonography, and cryopreservation of embryos throughout New England. Our practice also specializes in the importation of germplasm (semen and embryos) from foreign countries as well as the export of bovine, ovine and caprine embryos. We are licensed in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and Massachusetts. We are also federally accredited in each of those states and maintain our certification for embryo export with the American Embryo Transfer Association (AETA).
